I live by this philosophy and is why providing assistance for senior living placement is my passion. I’d love to take this moment to share my story with you.
I’m Sara Hoelscher and I’m a long-time resident of Edwardsville, Illinois. After being a stay-at-home-mom and raising my kids, I was looking for a job that would fulfill my passion for helping others. Having worked in the senior living industry for the past ten years, I have found joy in helping seniors find a senior living community that they can call home.
Serving Madison, St. Clair and Jersey counties in Illinois, including Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Collinsville, Belleville, Bethalto, Alton, Godfrey, Jerseyville, and more, it’s been my absolute pleasure and honor to work with families just like yours. I love to learn more about you and your loved ones needs, desires, challenges and obstacles so that we can work together to find a senior living community that meets your financial budget and care needs.
My services include simplifying senior living by helping you or your loved one discover independent living, assisted living or memory care communities in our area. I’ll accompany you to on-site visits of the communities to help you learn the lay of the land and have your questions answered. In addition, I can provide information and referrals to local resources regarding veteran assistance, elder law attorneys, financial planning advisors and moving companies. As a real estate broker, I can also help you sell your home and coordinate downsizing of belongings.
